Getting out of your comfort zone is one of the hardest things for a player of any age/level. We are very content with going at the same speed every time or just doing enough to get by. We improve when we get outside those comfortable feelings into the unknown. “You must be comfortable being uncomfortable to be a great player!”

Whenever you’re working on your game you want to master a move or a shooting area before moving to another or expanding your range! Take your time moving too far away from the basket when you can’t make closer shots consistently. Prepare for tryouts by knowing WHO and WHAT YOU are on the court.
