Today Jim Robinson and I had the pleasure of working with Jerri Husch and the University of Delaware cooperative extension program to help deal with farm stress and farm resiliency in the Northeast. We wrote and recorded three videos to help the farm community deal with farm stress. What a joy to do this very unique work of using comedy as a healing tool.

Hi friends! My kitchen table and yellow kitchen walls are featured in a virtual "reading" of a new play I wrote called THE ROOT BEER LADY (for once not about me!) History Theatre is producing this reading and has added really amazing music/sound and visuals to help better tell the story Tonight through Sunday.

The story of the indomitable Dorothy Molter, the last legal non-indigenous resident of the Boundary Waters, presented by playwright and performer Kim Schultz. Her solo performance reflects on the beauty and hardships of Molter’s solitary yet satisfying life and pushes back against the premise that her time in the North Woods made her the “Loneliest Woman in America,” as the Saturday Evening Post claimed in 1952. Funny. Smart. Passionate.
