A great way to release your emotions is with scribbling. Using your whole arm to make lines. This is about processing emotions, not making a masterpiece. Let go of expectations and just draw lines. Thick straight lines? Sure. Curly thin lines? Why not.

A little intro about me and why I do what I do!
Edge & Boundary Practice (Reclaiming Control)
How-
Lightly draw a border or shape.
Paint inside it slowly.
-Notice where the paint stops and where you guide it.
Reflection - “Where do I need clearer edges in my life right now?”
This practice grounds and Boundaries help the nervous system feel safe by restoring a sense of structure and choice.
1. I’m drawn to repetition and organic shapes because healing rarely happens in straight lines.
2. I let colors bleed and overlap when I don’t want to control the outcome.
3. This piece isn’t meant to be decoded—it’s meant to be felt, like something living and slowly rearranging itself.
art can be many things but the whole idea of art is to create through your eye and your vision. sometimes your vision is colors blending together with lines connecting the dots in the path. sometimes art is just simply for releasing emotions that your mind doesn't have words for but your body needs to reset. this is a greay reset practice. the goal is let go. instead of your anchor being yoir breath have your anchor be the lines. when you feel yourself drift to I should put this mark here or draw this line there or try to place an object into the color like making a shape out of a cloud you pull yourself back in and remember yoir purpose of this exercise.

What color are you bringing into your life right now?
Colors have meanings and you can adjust your energy by the colors you bring into your life everyday. I know for me I have been feeling a bit stressed so I will be intentionally looking for blue and green colors.
Try this 2 minute practice-
-Close your eyes and have your hands resting in your lap
-take a deep breath in, hold, exhale with a sigh
With your eyes closed-
-What is the first color you think of (trust what you see)
-take a deep breath in, hold, and exhale with a sigh
-Now Open your eyes and scan the room
-How many items do you see that is that color
-Take a moment to scan the room
-are there alot of items that is that color? Or just a few?
-Acknowledge the answer without judgment
- now take a deep breath in and exhale with a sign
