As women, we often get disconnected from our power center by trying to control circumstances, our partner, or outcomes, taking on strong masculine energy of doing and achieving, and spinning our wheels of multitasking until our body and emotions begin to show signs of ill.

It is not meant to be this way, beloved sister, because the feminine is in her healthy bliss when she is in her Yin - receptive, relaxing, loving, spacious, and nurturing energy of mother Earth.

Only then can she reconnect to her core of deeper knowing, intuitive power, and allow herself to dream bigger than ever, seizing serendipity when it comes to her.

How to Stay Calm & Centered in the Midst of the World’s Storm 🌎✨

In times of chaos, fear, division, and uncertainty, it’s easy to become emotionally overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves.
But the energy we feed within us matters.

When we stay grounded, present, compassionate, and connected to our hearts, we contribute more light, peace, and healing into the collective.

Staying centered is not about ignoring the pain of the world.
It is about remaining anchored enough so we do not become consumed by it.

Here are 3 ways to return back to yourself when the world feels heavy:

✨ 1. Build Awareness in the Body
The body is always speaking.
Notice your breath, tension, emotions, and sensations. Slow down and reconnect to the present moment through grounding practices like breathwork, meditation, movement, yoga, or simply placing a hand on your heart.

Your body helps bring you back to safety and presence.

✨ 2. Tap Into Joy
Joy is medicine.
Spend time doing things that nourish your spirit and make you feel alive — music, nature, dancing, creativity, laughter, meaningful connection, or moments of beauty.

Allow yourself to experience joy even during difficult times. It helps restore your nervous system and reminds you that light still exists.

✨ 3. Be of Service
One of the most powerful ways to shift energy is through kindness and contribution.
Offer support, compassion, a listening ear, encouragement, or small acts of love wherever you can.

Service reconnects us to humanity and reminds us that we are not powerless.

The world does not need more panic.
It needs more grounded hearts. 🤍

Better skin can start with your plate. B vitamins help keep your skin, hair, eyes, liver, and nervous system healthy. Most people get what they need from eating a healthy diet that includes foods like nuts, bananas, and wholegrain breads. But supplementation may be necessary. Did you know that Young Living's Super B™ contains all eight B vitamins?

As we walk this human path together, let us remember that our truth is not more important than another’s truth.

Let us stay humble in our beliefs, not preaching from a pedestal of spirituality or claiming we know better.

Let us honor each other’s differences without forcing our views, knowledge, or beliefs onto others. When it comes to culture, religion, spirituality, sexuality, diet choices, or political views, there is no one absolute truth.

Righteousness creates separation and moves us further away from unity.

So let us meet one another with:

Grace ✨
Patience🙏
Humility ❤️
Love 💕
Empathy ☺️
Kindness 🥰
