Today was something really special.

Our Luv Michael residents and caregivers had the absolute honor of participating in the Unique Abilities 5K, and the feeling out there was pure connection. You could feel the support, the encouragement, and the genuine sense of community in every step.

Events like this remind us what it’s all about. Being seen, being included, and being surrounded by people who show up with heart. Our team felt so much luv today, and we are incredibly grateful to be part of a community that embraces and uplifts adults on the autism spectrum in such a meaningful way.

A huge thank you to Ty for bringing this all together and making the day so seamless and joyful.

And thank you to Preston’s Path Foundation for creating such a powerful and welcoming event. We’re already looking forward to next year

What a day for our crew.

Today we got to see the new Michael Jackson movie at — IMAX, Dolby Atmos, the works. Michael Jackson is one of Michael’s favorite artists of all time, so this one hit different for everyone in our community. We rolled in wearing our MJ fedoras and walked out humming Billie Jean.

Thank you, Southampton Playhouse, for hosting us so beautifully. And thank you to the town of Southampton for the way you keep making space for Luv Michael. Welcoming places change lives. We feel it every single time we’re here.

What an unforgettable night at the for the screening of Westhampton, the new film by Christian Nillson starring RJ Mitte!
We had the absolute joy of connecting with RJ about the incredible advocacy work he’s doing for the special needs community, and the conversation reminded us exactly why we do what we do at Luv Michael every single day.
Then came the moment that made our night. We invited RJ to pick out a Luv Michael friendship bracelet, handcrafted by the adults on the autism spectrum in our workforce program, and he chose Jenna’s bracelet. Here’s the magic: Jenna works right there at the Southampton Playhouse! We pulled her over for a photo with RJ, and watching her light up when she realized he picked HER bracelet was everything. Pure joy.
RJ, thank you for being so kind, so genuine, and so generous with your time. The world needs more humans like you.
And a massive shoutout to the entire team at the Southampton Playhouse for creating a space that truly welcomes everyone in our community. You make Southampton better.
