This program emphasizes outreach to and advocacy for the University international population to include: current and prospective international students and scholars. Global ambassadors represent Pace University to other students, to the broader community, and to the world. They represent not only themselves and other Global Ambassadors, but also Pace University as a whole. They will have the opportunity to be the voice of1900 other international students here at Pace.

International Education Week Nov. 13-19 is fast approaching!!

Pace International will be hosting a series of events during that week. The “Language Lunch” is a kickoff event, the first one in the series.

When: Monday, November 13th from 11:30 am-1:30pm
Where: Bianco Room, One Pace Plaza

This event will consist of a free lunch and mini “language lessons” in languages other than English. There will be several tables set up to represent different languages.

We are looking for students-volunteers to sit at the language tables and teach students 3 phrases in a language they are fluent (other than English).

If you are interested in volunteering, please email me your full name and the language that you will be volunteering for.

*NOTE* We already have many volunteers for the following languages:
- Mandarin
- Cantonese
- Hindi
- Marathi

If you email me about any of the above languages, you will be added to our back-up list in case any of the volunteers drop out.
