I’m a Shia American Muslim scrolling a Facebook timeline that feels like a map of this country ... all shapes, colors and flavors.

Muslims and non‑Muslims.

Republicans and Democrats.

All shoved into one restless 'diverse' feed.

I do not even know if diverse is an acceptable word any more.

Both sides raging, and I can't relate to either side anymore.

But today, I want to rage about the places my feed refuses to hold.

Gaza, where entire families are still erased in a night.

Islamabad, where worshippers (earlier today) were massacred in the middle of their lives and prayers.

These aren’t abstractions to me. This feels too close to home as I myself survived similar attacks back in Pakistan. I saw the pictures & videos. They could be anyone's nephews, nieces, uncles, aunties. And yet they pass through my timeline like the weather predictions. One minute there. And the next, forgotten.

And how can we forget the blood lust about Iran.

The Abrahamic leaders could be standing together in this moment, naming this hunger for war as a moral failure, saying with one voice that anywhere else are not 'complex events' but clear lines we must not cross. Too often, they choose caution instead of courage.

So this is what I landed on ... our leaders (here and everywhere) speak loudly when it is time to defend their own side’s pain.

But they speak much more softly when it is time to name their own side’s violence.

And those are the moments when softness and silence becomes support.

My heart aches.

Day 02- Rizq

I don’t believe in therapy—there, I said it.

For me, real growth doesn't happen on a strangers couch; it happens through action and raw honesty.

That’s why for the next 30 days, I’m putting myself through a creative gauntlet, making daily videos about the things I’m truly passionate about. Or that keep me up at night. I’m treating this challenge as my primary means of expression, intentionally putting pressure on myself to speak my truth. I haven't shot in so long that I am actually struggling. But I gotta do this.

I’ll be using a dialogue between two (or more) personas—the one you know, and another that is going to challenge me—to explore the deeper meanings of how we each view the world through our own lenses. And I want this to be a conversation. If y'all feel like, I’d love to get your thoughts. What topics or frictions you’d like me to deconstruct, so we can see what happens when these different perspectives finally collide.

How much money did get paid to help rebrand itself? Will this be successful in ?

The real question is ... was this move just to stop ?

I saw the politics when the three-year-old boy fell into an open manhole in Karachi.

We have collectively evolved into a well-oiled outrage machine.
