The first time I heard a baby could be born with the cord around their neck… I was terrified. 💔
I instantly imagined an emergency.
A rushed C-section.
Something going horribly wrong.
Because that’s what so many of us are taught to fear during pregnancy.
And maybe you’ve felt that fear too, mama…
The fear of losing control.
The fear that your body might “fail.”
The fear of not knowing what to do when labor begins.
But here’s what most women are never told:
✨ A cord around the baby’s neck is actually very common.
✨ And in many cases, babies are born healthy and safely with proper monitoring and support.
The problem is often not your body…
It’s the fear, the tension, and arriving at birth completely unprepared. 💔
Because when fear takes over:
🌬️ your breathing changes
💔 your body tightens
😣 contractions feel harder
🌀 and labor can feel much more overwhelming
But when you learn how to:
✨ breathe through contractions
✨ move your body correctly
✨ relax your jaw and pelvic floor
✨ and work WITH your body instead of against it…
Everything changes.
You feel calmer.
More connected.
More confident.
And birth stops feeling like something happening TO you… and becomes something you move THROUGH with power. 🤍
That’s exactly why I created the Peaceful Birth Guide ✨
A step-by-step guide filled with breathing techniques, labor positions, movement tips, and emotional preparation tools to help you feel safe, informed, and empowered before birth.

There’s something incredibly powerful about this video… 🤍
She’s not fighting her body.
She’s not panicking.
She’s not trying to “just survive” labor while everything feels chaotic.
She’s breathing.
She’s moving with intention.
She’s trusting her body instead of fearing it. ✨
And that changes EVERYTHING.
Most women are never taught this…
💭 Labor pain often becomes more intense when fear takes over.
When the jaw tightens.
When the body stiffens.
When breathing becomes shallow and panic takes control.
But when you learn how to:
🌬️ breathe slowly and deeply through contractions
🌸 relax your jaw, shoulders, and pelvic floor
🌀 move your body and pelvis to help your baby descend
🤍 work WITH your contractions instead of resisting them
your entire birth experience can change.
Your body starts working WITH you instead of against you.
You feel calmer.
More connected.
More in control. ✨
And no — this doesn’t mean birth is “pain free.”
It means you prepare your mind and body so fear no longer controls the experience.
That’s exactly why I created the Peaceful Birth Guide 🤍
Inside, you’ll learn the same breathing techniques, movements, labor positions, and mindset tools that have already helped 1,200+ mamas prepare for calmer, more empowered births. 🌿

I still remember the moment I said:
“I don’t think I can ever do this again…” 💔
My first pregnancy drained me completely.
I was exhausted all the time.
My body hurt.
I felt anxious every single day.
And when labor finally came…
it was nothing like I imagined.
The contractions felt terrifying.
I didn’t know how to breathe.
I didn’t know how to move.
I didn’t know how to help my body.
I was tense.
Scared.
Overwhelmed.
And the more afraid I became…
the more painful everything felt.
I left that birth carrying trauma I never talked about.
Not because I didn’t love my baby…
but because nobody had prepared me for what birth actually feels like emotionally and physically.
After that experience, I waited 5 years before getting pregnant again.
Five years of fear.
Five years of telling myself:
“I can’t go through that pain another time.”
But then something unexpected happened… 🤍
I met an older woman who completely changed the way I saw birth.
She told me:
“Your body is not failing you, mama… it just needs guidance.”
And little by little, she taught me everything no one had ever explained before:
🌬️ how to breathe through contractions
🌀 how to move my pelvis during labor
🤍 positions that help baby descend easier
✨ how to relax instead of fighting the pain
🌸 how to work WITH my body instead of against it
At first, I didn’t believe something so simple could change so much…
But it did.
My second birth felt completely different.
It was calmer.
Shorter.
Safer.
More connected.
For the first time, I didn’t feel powerless during labor.
I felt prepared.
And that experience changed my life so deeply…
that I created the Peaceful Birth Guide 🤍
Because no mama deserves to walk into birth terrified and unprepared like I did.
Inside this guide, I share:
✨ breathing techniques for every stage of labor
✨ movements and positions that support your body naturally
✨ tools that help reduce fear and tension
