Focus on establishing the proper body angle and driving powerfully back into the track with each step. The goal is to produce force efficiently while maintaining strong sprint mechanics.

ANOTHER successful season! This now makes 4 CONSECUTIVE years that our athletes have won the FHSAA 4A State Championships Girls 100 meter dash.
3 Consecutive Years winning both the 4A Girls 100 & 200 meter dash.
It’s been an amazing journey thus far and we fully expect our athletes to continue to be their best on the biggest stages in the future.
