During our last chapter meeting, we wore green to symbolize hope, renewal, and our shared commitment to supporting mental well-being. It was a reminder that even small actions can help break stigma and create safe spaces for open conversations.

Taking care of our mental health is just as important as caring for our physical health. It’s essential that we take time to check in with ourselves by acknowledging how we’re feeling, what we need and when possible, taking a moment to check in with those around us. A simple message, a listening ear, or a moment of kindness can make a meaningful difference.
