Imagine you start trading with $1,000. Assuming a 2% gain on each trade and the entire reinvestment of your principal and profits on the following trade, it would take 234 consecutive trades to accumulate over $100,000. Additionally, it would take 350 trades to become a millionaire. Whichever amount you begin your journey at: let's strategize our way to $1,000,000 together!

Welcome to City Traders-- the official trading club of the City College of New York! This is a community comprised of student investors, speculators, daytraders/degenerate gamblers, and CCNY students who just want to learn and build interest within the field. We aim to create an active community of critical thinkers who discuss their predictions of short-term and long-term movements on particular commodities, equities, sectors and industries given the likelihood of certain economic events occurring on a global and domestic level.

We are in the midst of getting some LEGENDARY guest speakers and events planned for the Fall 2016 semester. So tell us, what would YOU like to see from City Traders in the coming semester?
