📸 Guests at the Plaza’s Grand Ballroom during the 56th by

The Plaza’s gorgeous Grand Ballroom has been the setting for hundreds of grand events, including Truman Capote’s 1966 “Black and White Ball”. Capote said he chose The Plaza “because it has the only beautiful ballroom left in New York.”

Would you recommend any other venues in NYC for the Petroushka Ball?

Cheers to RCWS 100 years of helping children! 🥂✨👏

This year, the Russian Children’s Welfare Society (RCWS) proudly celebrates the 100th anniversary of its founding.

As we look toward the next century, our work continues to evolve. We’re proud to begin a new chapter: supporting Russian language education here in the United States. It’s a way of honoring our heritage, while building cultural bridges for the next generation.
