Never usually post pics of my personal life but just wanted to say a few things. we spoke about starting businesses and keeping each other accountable and I’m glad to see that as men we continue to strive a push forward with our stuff. Keep up the hard work and we going to get everything we spoke about. Now as for thank you for always being there for me and being the best teammate and partner I could ever ask for. Thank you for always keeping my head on straight. Life is more enjoyable with you by my side and I appreciate everything you do. The hard work we do behind the scenes will soon show and I just wanted to say thank you pretty lady ❤️

Never settle for anything other than your utmost best. The only real person you are battling is yourself. Everything around you is built to steal your attention and intention. Use the power of your mind and break through any and all barriers and have no remorse doing so. Don’t feel bad for focusing on you and don’t be afraid to say no if anything conflicts with your goals. Remember ….. thou shall get the gains ju heard

Had to leave the ego at the door and go through the movement from the beginning. This is a movement men have to be doing more of, especially if you’re an athlete. The glutes can transmute the most power out of every single muscle in the body. Always personally get weird doing them in public so I never did. Tbh… I just don’t give a f**k anymore and I do what I want if it betters myself. This will be going along side my ring work.

Brazil nut vegetable Alfredo! Once I started making my own meals and not relying on an outside source for me to give my body what it needs, I’ve learned to love cooking again. It was something that was a passion in me as a kid and then it died. We bringing him back. No dairy in this btw ju heardddd 💪🏽✊🏾

Here I’m really trying to make sure that I’m getting a full stretch at the bottom of the movement. Noticed that I typical bend my back in order to compensate for lack of mobility. Identify what feels off for you and address it. That goes for aspects of life

Notice how every rep I reset and re engage the muscle. If you aren’t feeling it exactly where you want then guess what. You ain’t getting the results you want.
