Mentors at BUILD connect students to resources, new communities, and exciting career opportunities. Years of mentoring positively impacts the students entrepreneurial mindset. For example, 67% of young adults found their mentoring relationship very helpful if it lasted for a year or more, versus only 33% when the relationship lasted less than a year.
