Learning for Life is a private academic coaching center, based on the upper east side of New York City, that provides one-on-one tutoring for children ages 3 to 18. Learning for Life is so called because of our fundamental belief that any learning process should be constructive and ongoing—in other words for life. Although many tutoring and test prep services can teach to a test, or to a curriculu
m, this learning process is all too shortsighted. At Learning for Life, we go one step further: we incorporate the information that is required for any specific test, or class, while ensuring that we provide our students with the resources to convert otherwise fleeting information into lifelong knowledge. Learning is a lifelong process, and we feel it should be treated as such. Not only do we aim to improve our students’ grades and test scores, but we also aspire to provide them with the fundamentals needed for a fluid and progressive education. Learning for Life provides tutoring and test prep services to the greater Metropolitan area. We provide on-site services at our offices (1490 2nd Avenue, New York, NY 10075), but can also accommodate off-site service within 50 miles of the aforementioned location. Our students enjoy coming to Learning for Life, and their parents are very pleased with the results.
