Found out that my Song Mercy hit #1 on the Spotify playlist called “Pray and Keep Moving” - seems very appropriate for today as these events unfold.
It’s hard to feel so powerless but that’s the one thing with in our power - our personal response.
I thought I’d offer a little energetic support frequency to counteract the devastation that wants to pull us all into oblivion- ‘A little Mercy is What We Need’… On second thought, maybe a lot actually!
My prayers go out to all the innocent lives in the crossfire. The little people in this video I filmed at the Moxy Museum, in Santa Barbara. They represent us little guys who are pawns in a game where we don’t really have a say. But that doesn’t mean our lives don’t matter. It doesn’t mean we should give up.
So God Help Us! Have mercy on your broken hearted.
We gotta just pray and keep moving … In Jesus’ Name

PS Funny how life lines up to help you keep the faith. Hope this helps someone keep theirs … and maybe you can pass it on to someone else..

Flashback to the time Bella did an East Coast tour promoting French’s Mustard Skittles!

Seen here with Celebrity Chef Carla Hall, Bella was custom vinyl wrapped in French’s Mustard Yellow.

The mustard skittles were pretty good, if you are wondering 🤣 Good times!

Somewhere between the snow and the constant solo caroling I’m doing whenever I walk around my neighborhood- I seem to have found my Christmas spirit this year in spite of it all 🎄🍾🥂🎯💕

Credit to the Naughty Puritan for the constant caroling idea 💡 I’m sharing it here, hoping it spreads to a neighborhood near you … great way to raise the vibes and better than listening to scary news thru headphones for sure!

Save Your Soul by Jewel was one of my favorite covers I Iearned this past year.

It still hits so hard. Very poignant a for these times in America

Given all the craziness of this past year, I haven’t gotten into the Christmas Spirit - seems I’ve jumped straight into end of the soul searching … as Jewel says ‘who’s gonna save your soul if you won’t save your own? ladidadada’

This is the Friday night Video Premier tonight at 8pm EST on my YouTube - from The Descant Trio’s live performance in Van Vorst Park sept 2025 as part of Jersey City Library’s Cultural Awareness Series fest The Naughty Puritan on guitar

Good bye to my favorite season of all!
One last post of gratitude for all things autumn from pumpkins to changing leaves to the best holiday of all - Thanksgiving. I was too stuffed with Turkey and prosecco to post this💕
A little sad to be in Dec, but Onwards and upwards…. I’ll get into the Christmas spirit tomorrow …

I just wrote a song about the waring angels who are battling on our behalf. Just want to say thank you today for all they do everyday for us!!! While we go about our busy lives, we just never know how loved and protected we are❤️ thank you thank you thank you!!!!
Im hoping to get this new song recorded to share soon… in the meantime don’t let the solar flare energy frazzle you…

This was from a beautiful Catholic Church in Cape May, NJ but trying to figure out the name.

❤️

Back in September, I got to play with my trio in this beautiful spot, under these majestic trees.

I’ve been posting one song a week from this performance on my YouTube - fridays 8pm EST

The videos were taken by the talented Richard Ryals and the performance was sponsored by the Jersey City Public Library as part of their cultural awareness series.

Dreams do come true, sometimes quietly, in the peacefulness of a surrendered life. Sometimes subtly when you least expect it. You might even forget you longed for it, way back when. And then you find yourself there, smack in the middle of it… better than you ever could have imagined.

This goes out to all the dreamers still out there with heats of gold - don’t ever loose the Faith.
