These days it’s so very important to take care of ourselves. Dancing correctly has always been a passion of mine. You can dance as long as you like and it will make you healthier, stronger, more flexible, and sharper all the while building a beautiful body!
This special way of teaching with a Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Consultant who was a dancer present to guide you and show you the exact muscles you are to use is a dream come true!

While I was in Florida the Marie Selby Gardens in Sarasota inspired me to make a few more tips of the day for you… consider that this place was a private garden before she gave it to the city more than 50 years ago- amazing. Seeing new places and new things can inspire us!
