Bat pups are born with big hind limbs. But why? ☟
These big feet help them cling to their mothers during flight. This is an extremely important skill to have as a fall would lead to almost certain death. They also use their TEETH to bite the ni***es of their mothers and stay attached during flight. Ouch!

The endangered smoky bat (𝘈𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘱𝘩𝘰𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘶𝘴 𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘪) is one of two members of the family 𝘍𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘱𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘦, categorized by lacking thumbs. 👎

This is 𝘊𝘳𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘰𝘯𝘺𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘺𝘢𝘪, more commonly known as Kitti's hog-nosed bat.
