What a day! Cathedral Prep was proud to present Steve Somers with the Pay it Forward Award. Thanks to his generosity, every student now benefits from The Steve Somers “Coach Jim Dilg You Too Can Steal Home Scholarship Fund.” Steve spent the day visiting with students, including our Baseball Team, and joined us for mass. After receiving a rousing standing ovation following the award presentation, Steve shared how Coach Dilg and Cathedral Prep played a crucial part of his success and he urged the students to be fearless in pursuit of their passion. We are truly grateful to Steve for his time and generosity!

Dear Alumni & Friends,

I regret to announce the death of Msgr. John "Jack" Nosser, former faculty member and rector of St. Pius X Preparatory Seminary, who passed away yesterday. Funeral arrangements will be shared once they are finalized.

We give thanks to God for Msgr. Nosser's 62 years of priesthood, and, in a special way, for his ministry in forming young men at St Pius. Please keep him in your prayers and pray for the consolation of his family and friends. May he rest in the peace of the Risen Christ.
