At RI STEM/Camp, we believe every motivated child should have access to quality STEM education. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce a new Community Pricing Model allowing parents to contribute to our program in exchange for a significantly reduced enrollment fee for their kids.
Starting today, parents can reduce full-season enrollment fees from $425 to just $275 (a 35% discount) by either:
✅ Volunteering as a Guest Teaching Assistant for ONE session (No tech experience required!)
✅ Lending an unused laptop or tablet for the length of the program
STEM programs like ours rely on staff and equipment to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences for kids. By working together as a community, we believe we can deliver a top-quality STEM program that is more affordable than the traditional program in the city.
Our goal is to create a program that works for our community.

In Week 1 of Little Game Builders, kids will learn how to capture their wild, fantastic game ideas into a clearly laid action plan.
And in our first season, we'll show them how to combine that plan with creativity, AI, and code to bring their game idea to life!

In Season 1 of RI STEM/Camp, we'll be building GAMES! 🎮 🕹️🏅
Why games?
Because they are a phenomenal way to show kids how software is built from beginning to end. In our first season, kids will brainstorm concepts, design visual elements, translate everything into code (with their mentor's heavy help!), and watch their game idea become a reality in our fast-paced 8-week program.
