Did you know orcas stay with their pods for life? While a lone orca can catch a fish, penguin, or sea lion, a pod of fast-swimming orcas can bring down a larger whale! There are other advantages to living in a pod: for example, these marine mammals will share the duties of rearing young and caring for the sick. Orcas can live to be 50+ years old.

Humans have been observing the Great Red Spot since the invention of the telescope in the 1600s, and at its peak, the storm was three times wider than the Earth.
