With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Rudy Jordan, former Head of School (1998–2008) and a beloved leader in the Bank Street community. Rudy’s vision, wisdom, and deep care for others shaped the progressive teaching practices and inclusive culture that define our school today. From strengthening financial aid to championing equity and establishing affinity groups, Rudy’s impact lives on in the values we hold and the work we continue to do. He will be remembered as a leader, mentor, and friend whose legacy inspires us all.

For those who would like to share memories, please don’t hesitate to post on the Remembering Rudy Jordan message board.
