PRO-UP SUMMER INTENSIVE | June 16–27, 2026

Not every summer intensive is designed to change the way you think.

Pro-Up is a concentrated studio environment for advanced dancers ready to move beyond repetition and deeper into process, invention, and artistic agency. Over two immersive weeks in New York City, dancers train across ballet, contemporary, improvisation, and movement research while working directly inside the choreographic process.

Led by internationally acclaimed choreographer Rena Butler, this year’s intensive invites dancers into a practice that demands precision, responsiveness, curiosity, and emotional intelligence. Participants will also engage closely with Eduardo Vilaro, Artistic Director & CEO of Ballet Hispánico, alongside NYC dance leaders actively shaping the field today.

This is not simply about learning choreography. It is about developing material, refining perspective, and understanding what distinguishes artists in today’s dance landscape.

✔️ Workshop with a Ballet Hispánico Company dancer
✔️ Mentorship from Eduardo Vilaro
✔️ Creation process with Rena Butler
✔️ Culminating studio showing for invited industry guests
✔️ Limited-capacity environment designed for serious artistic growth

Limited spots remain.

Every class is part of something bigger.

Dance carries history, tradition, and a way of moving that evolves with each generation.
