Yesterday was a great event. Thank you to and for giving ALPFA students the opportunity to learn ways they can improve their leadership within their individual chapters. It’s a great way to start the spring semester after the winter break and get back on track. The Brooklyn College ALPFA Chapter is very excited about the events and the life-changing results that are going to happen within the semester. And we can’t wait to show everyone what we’re able to accomplish here in Brooklyn!

Today is our first in-person BC ALPFA Meeting and we have the pleasure to finally see our amazing members & E-boards! A huge shoutout to our President, Armando Morel, for his inspirational speech and all the opportunities he has arranged for our club members. His dedication and leadership has opened up many doors for our students standing strongly with his commitment to give back. We’re proud to be represented by a leader with ambition and heart! We’re also looking forward to see our club grow and prosper in the following semester! Thank you everyone who attended today!

You will learn how to use online tools like LinkedIn to find internships/jobs and how to maintain your network in person/through social media 👥 Establishing yourself within the professional field all begin with networking so let’s start with the basics!

Companies like Bloomberg are now using video interview at some point of the hiring process 💻 while we are prepping for a face to face interview, we neglect that at some point we may come across video interviews. Join us in this workshop where you will learn how to prepare and ace a video interview with Bloomberg 👩‍💻👨‍💻
