All of the Shine Early Learning tools and approaches were developed, implemented, and refined at Acelero Learning, a high-performing Head Start and Early Head Start program serving more than 4,400 children across the nation. Through the integrated implementation of these tools, Acelero Learning has produced some of the largest child outcome gains ever recorded at an individual Head Start program. Acelero Learning's latest evaluation data shows children served for two years making twice the gain of average Head Start program, as compared to the 2009 FACES data. Shine Early Learning is committed to proving that every child can succeed at the highest levels – and that high-impact, proven approaches can help early childhood programs across the country truly make the difference in a child's life. Across early learning, leaders are navigating complex challenges while working toward better outcomes for children and families. Moving from vision to meaningful progress takes more than knowing what could work. It takes the experience, tools and support to put those ideas into practice.

Every child deserves the chance to shine, and that starts with stronger systems.

It is shaped by the partnerships we build, the commitments we make, and the opportunities we create together for children and families.

That is the work of Shine Early Learning.

We partner with public systems, government agencies, community organizations, and early childhood leaders to strengthen the systems that help children thrive.

Through strategy, technical assistance, professional learning, quality improvement, operational support, family engagement, and technology, we help early learning systems work better for the people they are meant to serve.

Because when systems are stronger and more connected, programs can do their best work.

Happy Father’s Day! Today, we honor the fathers, grandfathers, father figures, caregivers, mentors, and educators who help children feel safe, loved, encouraged, and ready to grow.

In early childhood, relationships are the foundation. When children have caring adults who believe in them, listen with love, and encourage their growth, they build confidence that reaches far beyond the classroom.
