STEM Leaders at BCC - STEM CLUB

Hello friends and family,

I reach out to all of you because an excellent program from my alma mater is in need of support.

The City University of New York's Language Immersion Program (CLIP) helps provide the language and academic support that non-native speakers of English need to pursue diplomas and shape their own destinies. My experience with CLIP was wonderful, it helped me, a newly arrived immigrant, to gain confidence and better develop my language skills. I am now asking for help on behalf of Bronx Community College CLIP program in the wake of extensive budget cuts across CUNY. This money will be used to provide, tutoring, counseling, and academic advisement. I have personally seen how these services help young immigrants take control of their lives, grow, and contribute to society every day as teachers, police officers, healthcare professionals of all kinds, accountants, business owners, even research scientists. So, if you can, please join me in helping the CUNY Language Immersion Program in the Bronx in this time of shortfall. Please donate at Bronx Community College CLIP Fund.
