So honored to be sharing Brave Practice for Yoga Jubilee

Brave Practice is a gathering for people who identify as white to engage in movement, meditation, and conversation around racism. Through self-inquiry into fragility, we'll bravely look at our own, often subtle, contributions to systemic racism and deconstruct what it means to be white. This four-session series meets bi-monthly on Thursday's beginning May 6th. More info and registration below.

Honoring Dinknesh, the ancestor of us all, in celebration of Women's History

Celebrating Women’s History month in classes this week by honoring Dinknesh, the ancestor of us all(along with some pelvic floor integration.)

Dinknesh means “you are marvelous“ in Amharic. Ancestors have a way of showing us who we are, and you are marvelous!
