The inability to raise the arms directly overhead and instead using poor movement patterns to achieve the action such as dropping the head or rounding the shoulders to excessively arching the lower back, can lead to injury when performing strength exercises like overhead presses and kettlebell snatches. .

This is yoga for athletes not athletic yoga; there is a difference.
