Yesterday we visited our site with one of our longtime supporters, the Foundation, to see the work up close.

What makes this partnership special is our strong collaboration with school leader Dr. Dickerson and his team. From phonics-based instruction that complements the school day to small-group reading that builds fluency and stamina, this is what it takes to move the needle and help students become confident readers.

As we approach 25 years of Reading Team, Inc., this issue of our Fall/Winter newsletter highlights the people, stories, and growth shaping our work today. You will meet 5th grade Literacy Coach Michael Tricca, see highlights from our first For the Love of Literacy gathering, and learn about our expansion from Harlem to the South Bronx. Together, we are building confident readers and opening doors to what comes next.
