FasTracKids Core Enrichment is based on the belief that most children are potentially gifted if fed the proper intellectual and creative stimulation early-on. The FasTracKids Core Enrichment program is designed to stimulate the mental development of potentially gifted 3- 7 year old children. It is a unique experience for children and complements preschool, home school, kindergarten and first grade

Today our FasTracKids learned about the phases of the moon. We made our own yellow vanilla pudding, to represent our moon. The pudding included chocolate chips to represent meteors. During the activity, the children were throwing chocolate chips (meteors) on the vanilla pudding (moon) , β€œcraters” were formed to teach them the process and formation of craters. Our kids enjoyed the activity and had a yummy snack. Very fun day!!

Welcome back to all families after the Thanksgiving break! This weekend students blasted off into outer space to learn about astronomy and the phases of the moon!

Using our very own Astronomy Module, students were able to interact and learn about the phases of the moon.

Afterwards, students dug hands first and created models of the surface of the moon using yellow pudding and chocolate chips to represent the moon, its craters, and meteorites!

Can’t wait to explore more!

Announcement πŸ“’: Our office will be closed from December 24th to January 1st, resuming normal schedule on January 2nd in the observance of the Winter Break.

To schedule a trial class call today or ask any questions in our DM’s!

This weekend, before the Thanksgiving break, our explorers went above and beyond! Our future scientists learned and asked questions about the mystery of space.

Through research and using their own tools, our students were able to hands-on study space and the rest of our universe!

After, students began to learn the basics of chemistry and chemical reactions. They’ll continue in future lessons as we begin to shift towards molecules!

If you want your student to become a future scientist or explorer, check out our bio or call and schedule a trial class now at: (718) 891-5437

Happy Thanksgiving and enjoy the break!

Today our explorers dove deeper into earth science and the different types of energy! Our researchers and scientists learned about thermal, wind, fossil fuel, and hydro based energy and their different applications. Then, we built our own scientific devices and applied them using the concepts we had learned earlier.

All around an amazing day of science, fun, and adventure!!

We are always looking for new scientists to fill our classroom up, if you are interested please do not hesitate to call: (718) 891-5437

Additionally, DMs are always open!

Today, our FasTracKids learned the difference between sinking objects and floating objects, and how density plays a role.

We did experiments testing different objects on top of water. Students also engaged in arts and crafts and made and tested their own paper boats!

At FasTracKids, our explorers learned more about their 5 senses, and today was all about taste πŸ˜‹ It’s amazing how we can use our sense of smell to know what exactly what it is we are smelling! Students experimented with this idea through coloring and hands on activities!! Students also continued to learn about different shapes! During academic hour, explorers constructed the letter β€œY” and counted the number β€œ10”⭐️⭐️
