Wild Thing is a powerful backbend that opens the chest, shoulders, and front of the body.
It encourages the spine to extend while the shoulders and hips work together for support.

This movement helps counter tightness created by sitting and forward posture.
Opening the front of the body can improve breathing and create a feeling of energy and openness.

Practicing Wild Thing regularly builds strength and mobility through the upper body.
Moving slowly and with control allows the spine and shoulders to safely deepen the arch.

Happy Baby Pose is a gentle stretch where you lie on your back and hold your feet while the knees open wide.
It creates space through the hips and lower back while keeping the body supported on the floor.

This position helps release tension in the hips, groin, and lower spine.
The relaxed shape of the pose often helps the body soften and the mind feel calmer.

Practicing Happy Baby regularly can improve hip mobility and reduce lower back tightness.
Slow breathing in the position helps the body relax and settle deeper into the stretch.
