For the past 26 years in New York City, I’ve been passionate about supporting artists, creatives, athletes, and women leaders through community, branding, storytelling, and empowerment initiatives like Warrior Women in Business. 🛹✨

One of the biggest highlights of my journey was discovering the skate culture at Chelsea Piers when the rink finally opened to women. From captaining a team, meeting the New York Rangers and New York Islanders, to producing an event where I met Tony Hawk — those experiences shaped so much of who I am creatively and professionally.

As a musician, creative entrepreneur, and founder of JSM and Warrior Women in Business, I’ve always been passionate about helping people share their voice, build their brand, and tell their story authentically.

The NYC skate and creative scene taught me the importance of community, culture, resilience, and self-expression — and that energy still inspires the work I do today. 💥

Before social media… I built one. In NYC.
In 2002, long before platforms like Facebook or Instagram existed, I launched XxtremeConnections.com — a social network built for the action sports world.
But it didn’t start online.
It started in an old bank on Houston Street…
With a motocross + skateboarding event, a packed crowd, and a vision to connect a culture that didn’t yet have a digital home.
That night wasn’t just a party — it was proof of concept.
And behind the scenes, I had already made a deal with Sony Records and Epic Records to represent some of their indie rock acts — so the music flowing through that space wasn’t just background… it was curated, intentional, and electric.
It sparked something bigger in me — a creative path that led me to producing music under my artist name Jasmine Sandler Singer aka Jazzrock… and today, that same energy powers the Warrior Women In Business concerts I produce supporting Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City and NYC Mayor’s Office to End Domestic and Gender-Based Violence
26 years in NYC as an entrepreneur, a leader of women in business, and a pioneer across extreme sports and online communities… this is where it began.

This is my story.

Not the polished version—the real one.

A moment at the beach changed everything. What started as a simple day surfing became an accident that impacted my vision and forced me to see life… differently.

But I’m still here. And I believe that’s not coincidence—it’s PURPOSE.

Through every challenge, every limitation, and every unknown, I’ve found a deeper calling: to use my voice—not just in business, but in music—to inspire, connect, and lead.

You’ll also meet someone very special in this video—my service dog, my partner, my strength—who helps me navigate the world in ways I never imagined I would need.

This is the beginning of a new chapter. A new series. A new level of truth.

I’m building, creating, and showing up—fully—as a woman, a leader, and a musician… despite it all.
