We were beyond thrilled to host an evening dedicated to the power of mentorship in honor of International Women’s Day! From thought-provoking discussions with inspiring leaders to invaluable career insights, the night was a powerful reminder of the impact mentorship has in shaping the next generation of women in the workforce.

Following the panel, we kept the celebration going with a fun and lively reception, where guests had the opportunity to network, connect, and continue the conversation in a more personal way. Seeing new relationships form, ideas exchanged, and a shared commitment to uplifting women made the evening truly special.

We are thrilled to welcome Raymond (Ray) Gietz to the Grace Institute Board of Directors!

Ray recently retired as a partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he was a key member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice. Throughout his impressive career, he represented buyers, sellers, boards of directors, and financial advisors in complex M&A transactions across industries like healthcare, financial services, and steel. He also provided strategic guidance on corporate governance, defense strategies, and high-stakes proxy contests.

His expertise and leadership have been widely recognized by Chambers USA, Legal 500 US, IFLR1000, and New York Super Lawyers, and he has been honored as a “Dealmaker” by The American Lawyer and a “Life Sciences Star” by LMG Life Sciences Guide.

With a distinguished career advising top executives and shaping major business decisions, Ray brings a wealth of strategic insight and leadership to Grace Institute. We are honored to have him on board as we continue our mission to empower women in the workforce.

We are excited to welcome Jodie Relton to the Grace Institute Board of Directors!

Jodie is Vice President, Leadership & Management - Global Banking and Markets at Goldman Sachs, where she leads a team of over 400 professionals across North America, Latin America, and Canada. She also co-founded and co-heads the Australian and New Zealand Network in the Americas at Goldman Sachs.

With an impressive career spanning the United States and Australia, Jodie brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for mentorship, leadership, and empowering women in the workforce.

Beyond her professional success, Jodie is actively involved in several organizations supporting a diverse range of missions across the United States and Australia. She is also a dedicated mentor, community advocate, and proud mom of two. Jodie’s commitment to advancing women’s careers aligns perfectly with Grace Institute’s mission, and we are thrilled to have her on board!
