Every day —even in the face of conflict and crisis— mothers do the impossible: balancing childcare, work and countless other responsibilities.

💐 As many families celebrate Mother’s Day this Sunday, join us in honouring the strength and resilience of mothers everywhere.

Know an incredible mom? Drop a thank-you message for her in the comments!

Hate speech fuels division and harm—both online and offline.

Stopping it starts with action. Say by:

✅ Responding with tolerance, not hate

Clean water is a right, not a privilege.

Yet, billions of people around the world still lack access to safe drinking water and sanitation —and the climate emergency is making things worse.

We can all be part of the solution. Simple steps in our daily lives can make a big difference:

🚿 Take shorter showers

💦 Avoid over-watering plants

🥘 Reduce food waste

Let’s commit to protecting this valuable resource!

🕊️ Peace isn’t just the absence of conflict—it’s the presence of justice, dignity, and inclusion. Strong institutions are built by compassionate hands and courageous voices, ensuring that every story is heard and every person’s rights are protected.Conflict starts with exclusion and silence, but peace begins with accountability, fairness, and spaces where understanding can thrive. From transparent systems and fair courts to reducing arms trade and protecting vulnerable populations, these are the bridges that connect us all.Goal 16 reminds us that peace, justice, and strong institutions are the foundation of a better world. Together, let’s turn these aspirations into action. 💪🕊️

How do we bring light and love to the world around us? By being present and helpful to those around us, be they in our own families, in our communities, or in our world.
