THE GOLDEN BOY OF THE 6TP PILL: LAURENCE KORET

Laurence Koret joins us for the 6TP Stillness & Wellness Club series! As a certified 6TP coach and the founder of PlungeNYC, Laurence lives at the intersection of Stillness, Sportpassionist, and ScalingDreamer — and today we're going deep into how he's turning cold exposure into a business, a practice, and a mindset.

In this episode:
The hypnosis/binaural audio experience — designed to guide you into deep stillness and reframe how your body responds to cold
Laurence's journey through kettlebells, cold plunging, and building PlungeNYC toward a six-figure year
What it really means to embody the 6TP framework day to day

Tune in live and bring your questions — this one's for anyone curious about cold, discipline, and the mindset behind the plunge.
