So proud of these, my talented and hardworking students on the occasion of their end-of-year recital. They have each grown so much this year, and all gave strong performances.

Join us for Organ Day at First Presbyterian Church today at 4pm!

In a workshop and recital designed for children aged 5-13 years old, we will explore the organ as instrument and technological marvel. We will take a peek into the pipe rooms of the organ, as well as assemble and play a portable organ kit!

Social distancing and masking will be observed throughout the event.

The Unexpected Solace in Learning to Play Piano A cartoonist is humbled by the brain power (and finger strength!) needed to play Chopin and Tchaikovsky.

Students performed beautifully in the spring recital last night! Congratulations to all!

Proud to announce the acceptance of James Mitchell into Mark Twain School for the Gifted and Talented! He worked diligently on his audition pieces, and aural skills this past year. So excited for him and this brilliant opportunity.

Furry friends oversee lessons and motivate students to complete assignments! After a few months of quality work from a student, they may pick a small prize from the bunch. The children love these adorable animals.

Congratulations to Julia Tsao on her recent audition for and acceptance into the selective Marine Park Junior High School Jazz Band! She worked hard over the summer to prepare for the audition, and all the practicing paid off. Here is a picture from the most recent Studio Honors Recital.
