Then, in the Fall, the baby will start pre-school and the role will shift down, to 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Ideally, they're looking for a person to find a great fit that can do the earlier schedule now, and then transition into the later schedule come Fall. If not, they're happy to just find a short-term person for now to work with the baby until about September.
