I've been on an "active" spiritual healing journey for almost 16 years, and there are distinct phases I went through.

From my initial awakening, the moment where I realized I had to live differently or I wouldn't make it, to the spiritual bypass stage where I tried to make life all rainbows & butterflies to the shadow healing phase where I felt so angry about life & the hard experiences I had to go through, to the returning to joy, to the nervous system work & the spiritual connection deepening, to the moment in the woods where the gift of clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience & claircognizance blew what I knew to be true wide open, to feeling the pain and suffering of the world so intensely..

to living a more embodied life that integrates all of it as I, as they say, chop wood & carry water.

to becoming a mother which changed every part of me while also reminding me of the parts that cannot be changed because they are ingrained in my soul...

to knowing I really don't know much at all and letting that excite me rather than make me feel like i've wasted time down a path that brings more questions than answers

Tapping into the akashic records for myself and clients has gifted me that. To know that life is so expansive with infinite possibilities and no matter how hard things get or how deep in the mud we feel, that there is always, always, always space for joy... for looking on the bright side... for honoring ALL of the emotions and knowing that means that despite my brain's desire to focus on the negative, since it's wired that way for survival, that I am the one who has the power to shift my focus after I've allowed the space for the emotions to be just as they are

happy birthday Daddy 🤍 your first as a grandpa, your seventh in heaven. It feels like it's been forever and just yesterday all at once. Grief is weird with time. So is love. But aren't they the same anyway?

I think of how obsessed you'd be with Alexandra and part of me feels robbed that neither of you get to experience each other on Earth but the deeper part of me knows that you both met in the ethers before she arrived here.

Sometimes she looks in the distance at nothing and smiles and I wonder if she's seeing you, somehow, someway.

Life moves on but my heart will never move on from you.

My forever Dad 🤍 the angel I love more than words and often times wish I didn't have. I'd do just about anything for a few more minutes with you in the physical realm.

Celebrating you knowing it'll reach you in the unseen 😘 I'll be seeing you Pops🤍

This is not to demonize selling. I think people who offer soul-led services need to share their gifts with the world unapologetically HOWEVER I also am so so so so so so so so so so so so sick & tired of everything being monetized and being bombarded by ads & offers that look the same.

Where are the story tellers that simply need to share their internal poetry?

Where are the soulful words that bleed onto the page because they need to be spilled?

Where is the divine essence of the human experience that demands presence in order to be channeled through?

I know it exists. I have friends who share it & also find myself lost in the beauty of substack often. It's out there.

Art is still here but its hidden under AI & consumerism.
