20日年滿79歲的拜登總統及其核心圈內成員，最近幾天向盟友保證，拜登計畫2024年競選連任。
華爾街日報社論指出，拜登2024年將屆82歲；民主黨人過去為趕走川普，刻意忽略這件事；但如今目標已達成，等到拜登推動4兆元預算法案過關，他對民主黨的功用就更少了。
最新哈佛-哈里斯(Harvard-Harris)民調顯示，58%選民認為拜登「太老了，沒辦法當總統」，其中有27%民主黨人做此表示；53%選民「懷疑拜登精神狀態是否適任」，其中有16%民主黨人如是說。

From March 18 to April 10, tens of thousands of protestors occupied Taiwan's Congress for 24 days and shocked the world. They demand the government's Cross-Strait Services Trade Agreement with China be legal and transparent. This very recent movement mobilized millions of people in Taiwan and overseas, and brought the people to heated debates of the economy and national sovereignty for the first time in these two decades. With the visit of two leading student activists, Wei Yang and Huang Yu-Fen, to provide their experience and insight, this panel looks into the movement in the broader context of capitalist globalization and East Asian geopolitics.
The panel invites academics and activists who theorize globalization, East Asian societies, labor relations, and activism in response to the actual working of capitalism in our time. This event also invites the general public to join us in a discussion, to reflect on the horizon and possible actions in response to the increasing crisis of global capitalism.

謝謝所有參與11/2賞楓活動的學長學姊，希望大家當天都玩得很盡興。Alder Lake實在是很美的湖，湖水清澈到連沉在湖底的片片楓葉都清晰可見，也許以後我們可以選擇在不同的季節，再去造訪這片湖光山色，希望屆時有更多的朋友能夠同行。雖然我們沿途上看到滿山楓紅，但我忍不住想貼這張乙軒學長的傑作：這真的是千利休的賞楓方式，"跡踏滿園無枝賞，帶悸茶庵一朝顏"，藉此照片跟大家分享今秋最美好的景致~~也祝福大家學業工作都順利，希望下次聚會能見到大家！如果有任何關於活動的建議，也歡迎提出，謝謝！
