This hands-on activity strengthens letter recognition, phonemic awareness, listening skills, memory, and early literacy development while encouraging turn-taking and problem-solving. 🌸 This week in the Gold Room, we explored flowers through hands-on creativity and sensory play!
Our little learners used Play-Doh to create their own flowers and practiced painting with forks to make beautiful flower prints. Watching them imitate, explore, and create in their own unique ways was such a fun experience. 🌼🎨
Skills practiced: fine motor development, creativity, hand-eye coordination, sensory exploration, and following simple directions. 💛
