~Parent Coordinator Appreciation Week~
Behind every great school is an amazing Parent Coordinator… and ours happens to be the BEST!
Ms. Nater is behind so many of our family events, the friendly face families can always count on, and a constant source of support and school spirit. Whether she’s planning, organizing, helping, or simply brightening someone’s day, she does it all with a smile. She dedicates so much time to the students and families when talking about high schools, keeping us on schedule with our monthly calendars and running our after school program. We appreciate you with all of our hearts.
Thank you, Ms. Nater, for going above and beyond for our students, families, and staff every single day. RSA is better because of you! 🌟💐 eastharlem

Lots of Love to the totally talented South Carolina State University models and fashion designers.
RSA students that attended the Roads to Success after school program had the opportunity to participate in the Fashion Program.
CEO of Rose Noire, Ray Lyles encouraged creativity, self-identity and confidence through the development of entrepreneurship concepts.
Our students also learned how to walk the runway!
AP Wilkins chaperoned an HBCU tour during mid-winter recess. She connected with Javon Mack .StyleSavage, Senior Admission Counselor at South Carolina State University (SCSU). She said it was his gold shoes that made her want to know more! Mr. Mack is also the Kouture Modeling Troupe Advisor.
Needless to say, Kouture Modeling Troupe, Inc traveled all the way from South Carolina to model for...and with our students!

Thank you for leading with heart, for cheering us on even in the toughest moments, and for reminding us that greatness comes from consistency, dedication, and love.
Just like the Knicks, you never give up. And that’s what makes you unforgettable. 🏀✨

RSA’s Annual Community School Forum
Thursday, May 14, 2026 3-6pm
Strong schools are built on strong partnerships 🤝
A community school forum is a meeting or gathering where a school brings together families, staff, students, and community partners to talk about the needs of the school and work together on solutions. All stake holders get to share ideas, collaborate, and connect. Think of it as a space where everyone has a voice, not just the school, but the whole community.
When families show up, students show growth. Parent engagement isn’t just support, it’s POWER. It strengthens communication, builds trust, and ensures every voice helps shape our school community.
Thank you in advance to all the families who join our Community School Forum and any parent event. Your presence, ideas, and commitment make a difference every single day 💛
It’s that time of year again!
