NOW HIRING: Licensed Behavioral Analysts (LBA) - Early Intervention 0-3 Years

Location: All 5 Boroughs, Westchester, Nassau

Position Overview: We are seeking passionate and experienced Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA) to join our early intervention team. In this role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans for young children with developmental delays and behavioral challenges. You will collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure support for each child.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
• Implement evidence-based strategies and monitor progress.
• Provide training and support to families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with all individuals on the IFSP team, including therapists and educators.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of interventions.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field accepted by the program.
• Active LBA licensure.
• Experience working with young children in early intervention settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Compassionate and patient approach to working with children and families.
