Our annual showcase at The Juilliard School brought together performances from across the school. Students presented scenes from James and the Giant Peach and The Addams Family, and performed as part of the school choir, bands, solo acts and dance groups.
It was a wonderful opportunity for students to share their talents and celebrate a year of learning on a Juilliard stage! π©°ππΈ

Our annual Enterprise Fair showcased the creativity and problem-solving skills of our young entrepreneurs as they brought their ideas to life. Each year, students are challenged to create and sell their own products and experiences while taking responsibility for manufacturing, marketing, and customer service.
This year, visitors could purchase seed bombs, embroidered tote bags, artist-inspired pencil cases, and pigeon sculptures made from recycled materials. The shoppers also enjoyed student-led experiences, including chess matches, face painting, and even the opportunity to pie a teacher! π₯§ποΈ

We are thrilled to introduce our Incoming Principal, Mrs. Natasha Hilton!
After an extensive search process that brought together the voices of our students, staff, and parent community, we are confident we found exactly the right leader for this next chapter.
Mrs. Hilton joins us from Park House English School in Doha, Qatar, where she has served as Vice Principal, driving whole-school improvement, strengthening safeguarding and inclusion, and elevating teaching and learning outcomes. Her career spans senior leadership roles across British and international schools in Oman and London, and she is known for her empathetic leadership style and her gift for building trusting, collaborative school communities.
This past week, Mrs. Hilton spent time on campus getting to know our parents, students, and staff, and we have loved having her here. She is excited to relocate to New York this summer and begin preparing for NAISNY's second year in Gramercy, and we could not be more excited to welcome her in September.
In her own words: "I am delighted to be joining the NAISNY community... I look forward to getting to know students, families, and colleagues, and to working together to ensure every student feels supported, challenged, and inspired to achieve their best."
Please join us in giving Mrs. Hilton the warmest NAISNY welcome.

Bubble elevators, glass tunnels, and shark-view bedrooms. ππ¦
As an MIT Challenge, Years 3 and 4 designed their own underwater homes, brought their ideas to life and tested them for the first time with visiting parents. The children did a brilliant job explaining their ideas and then seeing how they would work in real life!
