Last April, our CEO and Co-Founder, Colleen Brennan, joined the community of Nayagnia–Punyoro in the Kassena Nankana East Municipality of Ghana's Upper East Region to officially open a new manual borehole well generously donated by the Kowalchuk Family.

For years, many families in this community faced daily challenges accessing clean water, often walking long distances and relying on unsafe water sources during the dry season. These struggles affected health, education, and everyday life.

Today, this borehole provides safe, reliable water closer to home, helping reduce the burden on women and children, improve health outcomes, and create new opportunities for the entire community.

Miles apart, but your heart reached every child we met.

Because of your support, children and families in Ghana who once faced pain, hardship, and uncertainty were given renewed hope through our pediatric surgical medical mission. For many parents, this was more than medical care, it was the answer to years of waiting, praying, and holding on to hope for their child’s future.
