We are so proud to share that our sister school, Alexandria Schoolhouse, is officially opening for the coming school year.

Built from the same philosophy and heart as Brooklyn Schoolhouse, this new space will bring our approach to early childhood to families in Alexandria.

Celebrating 10 incredible years of Brooklyn Schoolhouse with a birthday party for this little schoolhouse of ours!

Loose parts & behavioral schema come together to create hanging sculpture in the yard at Brooklyn Schoolhouse.

We aim to foster a curiosity, interest and sense of wonder for the natural world. We see this as foundational work for lifelong environmental stewardship and care!

Creating cards and artwork for those we love is just one way to express care! Also, it’s always amazing to see familiar materials and tools presented so seamlessly alongside loose parts and repurposed items.

Thanks to all who attended and supported our yearly Family Halloween Party and Fundraiser. It was an incredible time of play, music, food and costumes! Happy Halloween!
