✨ Individual Visits are underway! ✨

These one-on-one visits give children the opportunity to meet their teachers, explore their new classrooms, and become familiar with new surroundings at their own pace. Just as importantly, they give teachers and families a chance to begin building the warm, trusting relationships that help children feel safe, comfortable, and ready to learn. 💛

We were so excited to take our Pre-K campers to Gate Hill Day Camp a few times this summer! Our adventures were endless: we went boating, cooled off in the splash park, conquered the junior ropes course, built amazing creations in the Lego Lounge, and met bunnies, chicks, goats, and even a pig! Every visit was filled with fun, laughter, and new experiences. Thank you, Gate Hill Day Camp for giving our campers the best summer adventures!

This week, we celebrated another wonderful year together at our End-of-Year Staff Lunch (missing from pics Keri, Batya, Debbie) lol, generously hosted by the KNS PA. Thank you for all of the love, support, and appreciation you show our teachers and staff throughout the year.

Our KNS End-of-Year Picnic was filled with laughter, face painting, bubbles, a magic show, pizza, & ice cream. 🍦☀️🍕🎩

More importantly, it was a chance for children, teachers and families to come together and celebrate the friendships that have grown throughout the year.

As we head into our final week of school, we are grateful for the joy, connections, and moments that make KNS such a special place. Here’s to one more week of learning, playing and growing together! ❤️ 💛 💚 💙

We were so excited to welcome four seniors from the to our early childhood program for their Senior Experience!

These incredible students have jumped right into classroom life, reading stories, joining in play, and building such meaningful connections with our children. Their warmth, enthusiasm, and positive energy are felt in classrooms and our students are truly benefiting from these interactions.

We are excited that one of the interns, Zack Levy, is a graduate of Kaplan Nursery School. Watching a former student return as a role model is such an incredible full-circle experience. ❤️ 💛 💙 💚

We feel so lucky to have these thoughtful seniors with us and are so grateful for the joy and inspiration they’re bringing into our classrooms!

Today we celebrated Yom Ha’atzmaut, Israel’s 78th birthday 🇮🇱!

Our day was filled with hands-on learning and joy. One class built the Kotel using large hollow blocks and another used egg cartons, placing their own special notes inside just like at the real wall!

We explored Israel through art by creating flags, and through food by making (and tasting!) Israeli salad—chopping fresh tomatoes and cucumbers all by ourselves. There was music and movement as we danced to Israeli songs and sang “Happy Birthday” to Israel in both Hebrew and English.

Along the way, the children learned some new Hebrew words, listened to stories about Israel and its culture, and explored maps to learn more about this special place.

Happy birthday, Israel, we loved celebrating and learning about you 🇮🇱 💙 🤍 🇮🇱
