The NYC Math Tutor

The NYC Math Tutor I've been tutoring math in New York City for around 10 years. I cover all levels, from counting to This is my tenth year tutoring math full time in NYC.

I've worked with over 150 students, and tutored over 10,000 hours in a variety of mathematical subjects. I graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor's in Mathematics, and from Bard College with a Masters of Arts in Teaching (concentration in mathematics). Most of my students are in middle school, high school, or college, but I work with students of all ages. I very much enjoy working with students personally, as I'm able to pick out precisely what's puzzling them, and can present practical techniques that their peers, and sometimes their teachers or professors, haven't previously seen. I love seeing a student achieve understanding of their subject, and I always aim for the student's highest level of success.
