This spring, 41,000 Let’s Get Ready (LGR) students are reaching major milestones—graduating high school, progressing through college, and earning their degrees. These moments don’t happen by chance.

At LGR, students are supported every step of the way by near-peer mentors who help them navigate academics, career decisions, and life beyond the classroom.
