Our Preschool Prep class celebrated Friendsgiving last week! 🦃
In addition to being a sweet way to celebrate the holiday, Friendsgiving introduced family-style eating to our snack time. Over the course of Preschool Prep, we transition to the children serving themselves snack and using open cups for water. During our celebration, the children sampled a wide variety of foods, observed each other eating, and drank from open cups! This independence building work will continue through the rest of the year, as the children build community around the table. Happy Friendsgiving! 🧡
