Creative Connections was founded in response to the growing need for college and career readiness, entrepreneurship and business development programs in NYC schools. Through our Connections Programs, students discover possibilities beyond their classrooms and acquire skills that equip them for success and fulfillment in school and in life.

"My mom is my teacher, mentor and best friend. She is the definition of a survivor and thriver. She has faced immense trauma and abuse throughout childhood and adolescence, however learned, grew and thrived in all the faces of adversity. Now at 71 years old, she's a wonderful mother of four, an amazing wife, a grandmother of 10, great grandmother of 2, deacon of her church, a minister of the homeless and incarcerated, a certified fitness coach, and an extraordinary, sensitive and compassionate human.
